Welcome to CarSage. By downloading, installing, or using the CarSage mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CarSage, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CarSage is a car maintenance tracking application that helps vehicle owners manage service records, receive AI-powered maintenance advice, and generate vehicle reports. The App is provided by TK Ventures Enterprises, LLC.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CarSage offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans ("CarSage Plus" and "Pre-Sale Vehicle Report"). By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store

5. AI-Powered Features

CarSage uses artificial intelligence to provide maintenance recommendations, service verification, symptom analysis, and vehicle reports. These AI-generated insights are:

• For informational purposes only and do not constitute professional mechanical advice
• Not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic
• Based on general knowledge and the vehicle information you provide
• Subject to limitations inherent in AI technology

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified professional for important vehicle decisions.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into CarSage, including vehicle information, maintenance records, photos, and documents. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, your data will be permanently lost unless you have backed it up. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Misrepresent your identity or vehicle information for fraudulent purposes

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by TK Ventures Enterprises, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CarSage is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TK Ventures Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to vehicle damage, repair costs, or decisions made based on AI-generated advice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of CarSage after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CarSage at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
